House, Rovinj, sea view and proximity to the city center
The building is entirely made of manually cut stone. The exterior walls are double-layered: on the outside, stone (about 30 cm), then cast into reinforced concrete, with insulation made of polystyrene and Poroton brick (25 cm).
The roof is exposed and includes a reinforced concrete layer as well as thermal insulation and anti-condensation insulation. The roof tiles are Coppa, and the roof is ventilated. All floors have reinforced concrete slabs.
The sales complex consists of two buildings. One is intended for everyday living, and the other includes a tavern (conoba), a lounge, a basement, a study room, and a garage, but it can be converted into a guest residence.
The building was constructed with the intention of creating a large swimming pool in front of it, and a helicopter landing area behind the building.
The area allows you to ride a bicycle in the middle of nature, and it is only a few minutes from the center and the sea. From behind the building, the sea can be seen.
The complex is designed to host guests arriving by yachts, who can land their own helicopter in the courtyard.
