Two beautiful villas not far from the sea are located in an excellent location not far from the very center.
The first villa extends over three floors. The first floor is a two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, and the second and third floors make up a spacious apartment with four bedrooms. Each floor has a terrace.
The whole house has a video surveillance system, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a boiler room, internet and Wi-Fi. High-quality materials were used in the decoration of the house: wood, Italian ceramics, etc.
