It is our pleasure to present this modern apartment house with pool in a small village not far from Omiš.
The house consists of a ground floor and 2 upper floors. On the ground floor there is a large apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a large living area from which there is access to the terrace with the pool.
Next to the pool there is also an auxiliary room that can serve as a summer kitchen or as a sauna and fitness room.
The first floor is divided into 2 apartments of 45 m² each. On the second floor there is a large apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All apartments offer a beautiful, panoramic view that cannot be obstructed. The house offers many possibilities.
It is excellent for living, but also for tourism business because it is in a good location, slightly above the popular pebble beach.
