Lovran - Historic villa first row to the sea
The villa, built in 1910, is set in one of the most beautiful coastal landscapes and is an architectural masterpiece in the spirit of timeless elegance. It was originally built as a family summer residence for Adolf Denes, based on the designs of a renowned Italian architect.
The villa's architecture is defined by lavish details inspired by Venetian Gothic and the Renaissance. The rustic stonework in the basement blends seamlessly with the smoothly dressed stone blocks on the ground floor, while the arched windows and richly decorated facades with twisted columns and neo-Gothic capitals evoke the aesthetics of the Ca’ d’Oro palace in Venice.
On the first floor, the windows are framed in light, smooth stone, with capitals in the shape of acanthus leaves, and above them are Gothic saddle arches edged with Venetian dentils. Rosettes, quatrefoils, biforas and trefoil finials enrich the facades and evoke the spirit of the Doge's Palace, together with the elegance characteristic of a Mediterranean villa.
The representative entrance with a bifora and a decorative rosette, as well as the eastern facade with a lavish portico and stairs leading to the private garden, further emphasize the villa's ceremonial character. Four decorative stone columns with richly shaped capitals support the terrace of the upper floor, and the arches between them end in trefoil forms, in keeping with classical Venetian aesthetics.
- Basement: living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, study, wine cellar.
- First floor: three bedrooms, a lavish salon with access to the garden; from the garden, a walkway leads directly to the sea.
- Second floor: four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The interior exudes warmth and elegance, and the wooden joinery, leather furniture and refined details create an atmosphere of classic style and comfort. The villa has air conditioning and heating, private parking, an asphalt driveway, and numerous terraces and balconies.
