Agricultural land with investment potential in the surroundings of Karlovac consists of two parcels and offers the possibility of purchasing them separately.
The first parcel covers an area of 185 000 m², including approx. 6 000 m² of building land. There are two buildings on the land that need renovation. The land is located on a hill and surrounded by trees, and it offers a beautiful view of the valley below. The land is located in a zone designated for the construction of solar panels, which presents potential for the development of solar power plants. The Korana River is 250 m away. Part of the land includes walnut plantations and an aronia plantation.
The second parcel extends over 135 000 m² and is located 1 km from the D1 highway, and it has a spacious walnut plantation of approx. 60 000 m². The land is oriented to the north and slopes gradually toward the south.
