Land 158,155 m², Orebić - view of the Pelješac Channel
On the western side of the Pelješac peninsula, near Orebić, there is a large plot of land with a total area of 158,155 m², or 15 ha, offering panoramic views of the Pelješki kanal.
It is approximately 1.7 km long and around 110 m wide, and its impressive size provides ample space for establishing a family farm and offering hospitality and tourism services.
For rural tourism purposes, it is possible to plan construction on an area of 3 ha, with a gross building area of 400 m², a height of 5 m, and a fully underground basement of up to 1,000 m² of gross building area.
In addition to its development potential, the land also offers plenty of space for planting Mediterranean crops, including grapevines, for which Pelješac is well known.
An access road is provided, and infrastructure is nearby.
