Agricultural land, Vis - sea and island view

Agricultural land with an area of 4 105 m² and sea views on the island of Vis is located in the settlement of Marinje Zemlje, 15 minutes by car from the town of Vis itself.

The plot is regularly rectangular in shape, about 210 m long and about 19 m wide, and is situated on a gentle stepped slope that allows optimal use of sunlight for crops.

From the highest point of the plot there is a stunning view of the sea and the islands of Budihovac, Korčula and Lastovo.

Part of it is located in the area of the municipality of Vis, where construction of buildings intended for agricultural activities is permitted.

Infrastructure, namely electricity and water, is about 200 m away, where the main road and several houses are located. The access road is a gravel road that is also recorded in the cadastral plan.

Peace and privacy without noise are guaranteed.

Dalmatian vegetation grows on the plot and can be cleared to make full use of the land’s potential, which can be used for planting grapevines, olives and other crops.

The sea is about 1.3 km away, as is the well-known Stiniva beach, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

On the southern side of the island of Vis lies the small settlement of Marinje Zemlje. Marinje Zemlje is a wooded area, as it is located in a valley, and is therefore naturally protected from strong winds, especially the bora, which has favoured the cultivation of various agricultural crops. As a result, many olive groves, orchards, vineyards, and many almond trees have grown here.

The village has opened its doors to tourism in recent years, so you can enjoy a holiday inland and swim on the beaches in the nearby coves. By gravel road, by car, scooter or on foot, with about half an hour of easy walking, you can reach the coves of Vela and Mala Travna, Ruda and Stiniva from Marinje Zemlje.
