Kvadratko is a Croatian property search portal that connects sellers and agencies with buyers in Croatia and abroad. We believe that searching for a home or an investment should be a clear, fast, and pleasant experience.
That is why we designed a tool that respects your time. Our design is distraction-free and focuses on high-quality visuals, accurate information, and the intelligent organization of listings. The entire platform is available in Croatian, English, and German.
Our focus is on clean listings, free from duplicates and confusing data. All agency listings are published exclusively with the agency's consent and we never take listings without permission. Private listings are carefully moderated.
Although we are a technology-driven platform, we strongly believe that trust and personal contact are the foundation of every good transaction. That is why every agency on Kvadratko has a detailed profile with manually verified company details and exact office locations, ensuring you know exactly who you are doing business with from the very first step.
Kvadratko launched in September 2025 and today features 23,001 active listings from all over Croatia.
Why Kvadratko?
One listing instead of ten
The same property is often advertised by several agencies, and a single new development can bring dozens of apartments at once. We spot both and merge the ads into one listing with a price range and a list of units. That way one building takes up one place in the results instead of half a page.
You can see whether the price really dropped
We keep every change in the asking price from the day the ad goes live. The ad shows how much it changed and when, so you can tell for yourself whether the property got cheaper or the price simply went back to where it started.
Listings come straight from the agencies
We take them from agency systems, with the agency’s consent, of course. Prices, floor areas and floor numbers are passed on exactly as they are, and we clear promotional blocks out of the descriptions.
Three languages, none of them an afterthought
The whole site runs in Croatian, English and German, property descriptions included. In the other two languages we write the way people actually talk about property in those countries, and place names stay exactly as they are: Pula stays Pula.
Figures we can stand behind
We work out median prices per m², ranges and shares from the listings on the site, and give the sample size for each. A building with a hundred apartments counts as one price in those figures rather than a hundred, so a single development cannot set the median for a whole neighbourhood on its own.
