These Terms explain how Kvadratko works and what we expect from users.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to kvadratko.hr and all related pages and features. By using the platform, you accept these Terms.
Service provider: Yurgi One d.o.o., Pavlenski put 5O, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 95994153122. Contact: [email protected]. The service provider operates the Kvadratko platform and is referred to in these Terms as "Kvadratko" or "we".
2. Accounts and listings
- Creating and managing listings requires an account.
- One listing should describe one property.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content.
- You must have rights to all uploaded text and images.
3. Prohibited content
- Fraud, impersonation, spam, and phishing attempts.
- Copyright infringement and unauthorized third-party content.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, or illegal content.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Yurgi One d.o.o. (Kvadratko) reserves the right to remove listings and user accounts without prior notice where a listing is found to contain inaccurate or misleading information or to manipulate search results.

5. Liability
Kvadratko is a platform connecting users. We are not a party to user transactions. Users remain responsible for their content and agreements.
6. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all related data by e-mail to [email protected], sent from the address linked to your account.
Deleting your account permanently removes all your listings including images, your saved searches and favourites. Your personal data is removed from our systems in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Copyright and safe harbour
We respect intellectual property. It is prohibited to copy and publish other people's photographs from other listing portals (Njuškalo, Index, Facebook) without the author's explicit permission.

8. Final provisions
- These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
- Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court at the registered seat of the service provider.
- These Terms are effective as of October 11, 2026.
