Each building will have 7 apartments: two on the ground floor, two on the first floor, two on the second floor, and one in the penthouse.

At this moment, the first two buildings have been constructed: Building 1 and Building 2, and the process of obtaining the occupancy permit and the final implementation of the condominium subdivision report is in its final phase. This means that there is an option for the buyer to purchase through a loan, if the buyer wishes.

After that, construction will begin on Building 3, Building 4, and Building 5. Completion of the entire project is expected during 2027.

The entire development, buildings, and apartments have been designed in accordance with the most modern global achievements in residential construction, integrated into the existing GUP and local seismic construction requirements. Structural construction works on Buildings 1 and 2 were carried out using the highest-quality steel and concrete materials in quantities and quality above the required earthquake-resistant standards and norms.

Reinforced concrete walls are 20 cm thick, as are the floor slabs. External walls are partly built with Porotherm brick blocks 20 cm thick. Partition walls are also built with Porotherm brick blocks 11,5 cm thick. The elevator shaft and staircase core are made of reinforced concrete walls 20 cm thick, thermally and acoustically insulated from the apartments. The clear height in the apartments, measured from finished floor to ceiling, is 257 - 272 cm.

The façade is executed as an ETICS system with 10 cm stone wool and a finishing layer of silicate plaster.

The joinery is made of high-quality PVC profiles with aluminum cladding on the outside, silver-grey outside and white inside, with triple insulating glass. All external openings have grey aluminum shutters and mosquito screens, sliding or roller. The openings are tilt-and-turn, sliding, and lift-and-slide, and all shutters except those in bathrooms have electronic control, powered by an electric motor.

The bedroom floors are finished with first-class oak parquet, final-lacquered, with a modern natural look and white skirting boards. The floors of the other rooms are finished with ceramic tiles, and the loggias with exterior anti-slip first-class ceramic tiles.
