In short: every property listing on Kvadratko arrives one of two ways - through the official feed of a contracted partner agency, or through a verified user account. We vet every agency before connecting it: the registered business, official name, Croatian tax number (OIB) and its entry in the Registry of Real Estate Brokers kept by the Croatian Chamber of Economy - and the feed goes live only once the contract is signed. We never take or copy listings from other portals.
Two ways onto Kvadratko
- Partner agency: listings flow in directly from the software the agency uses to manage its portfolio, over a connection we set up after the checks are done and the contract is signed.
- Verified account: an agency or private advertiser publishes through their Kvadratko account, with automated technical checks at entry.
There is no third way in: if we do not know where a listing came from, it is not on Kvadratko.
Trusted sources, not copies
Kvadratko builds its inventory exclusively on agreed sources: partner agencies' software and registered advertisers' accounts. Scraping - the automated copying of listings from other portals - can mean listings published without the advertiser's knowledge, stale data and photos of unclear origin. That is why Kvadratko does not use it: every listing here has a known source and a named advertiser, and your inquiry goes straight to them.
Who we work with
Feeds are reserved for agencies we have vetted and signed a contract with. Registration with the Croatian Chamber of Economy's brokers registry is a legal requirement for real estate brokerage in Croatia, and the legal entity behind each partner agency, its details and its full portfolio are visible on its public profile. Alongside agencies, private advertisers publish through verified accounts.
