In Vinjerac near Zadar, a large plot for tourist use is for sale in the T1 zone, located in the first row to the sea, with an area of 27,408 m². It is oriented to the north toward Velebit and offers an exceptional, unobstructed sea view.

The plot is intended for the construction of a hotel and hotel-related facilities, and it is located in an undeveloped zone within the building area.

Within the sports and recreation zones in contact with the coastal belt of the sea, the Plan establishes the construction and arrangement of maintained beaches (R3a) or the maintenance of natural beaches (R3b).
