ZADAR, VINJERAC - Large plot for tourist purpose T1

In Vinjerac near Zadar, a large plot for tourist use is for sale in the T1 zone, located in the first row to the sea, with an area of 27,408 m². It is oriented north toward Velebit and offers an exceptional, unobstructed sea view.

The plot is intended for the construction of a hotel and hotel-related facilities, and it is located in an undeveloped zone within the building area.

In separate building areas for sports and recreation use (R2) outside settlements, the construction and arrangement of sports fields, recreation fields and facilities, trim trails and similar amenities are permitted, as well as ground-floor buildings serving sports and recreation, including sports buildings, changing rooms with sanitary facilities, hospitality venues, shops and other uses.

Within sports and recreation zones in contact with the coastal sea belt, the Plan establishes the construction and arrangement of landscaped beaches (R3a) or the maintenance of natural beaches (R3b).
