Apartment S4 is located on the second floor of Building A in Stivašnica, a small Dalmatian settlement between Šibenik and Trogir, known for its quiet bay, rocky coast and clear sea. As part of the project, at an altitude of approximately 37 metres above sea level, two smaller residential buildings with a total of 10 apartments will be built, and every apartment will have a sea view.

The apartment has a high ceiling exceeding 3.5 metres due to its highest position in the building. The living area opens onto a terrace with panoramic sea views.

The building will be constructed as a masonry structure, with interior partition walls made of plasterboard and facade thermal insulation of EPS 10 cm thick. PVC exterior joinery with electric shutters and insect screens is planned.
