House 250 m², Lastovo in the center, historic stone construction

Lastovo, an old stone house with an area of approximately 250 m² (3 x 72 m²), is one of the first built in the village of Lastovo, featuring Renaissance columns from the 15th century.

It was extended and completed in the 1890s.

The house is not a protected cultural monument.

It requires a complete renovation. The house consists of a ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic.

Each floor has two large rooms.

The house is detached, surrounded by gardens (approximately 182 m²), with lemon and orange trees that bear fruit every year.

It is located in the very center of Lastovo.

Lastovo is known for its fumaras (chimneys) and numerous small churches, and it is also a national park.

The house can be converted into a restaurant or a small boutique hotel.
