The two-story stone house is connected to electricity and water, does not have a septic tank, and the ruins, which are registered as buildings in the title deed, can be reconstructed into additional residential buildings or used as a garden. The 14 m² ruin, which is not part of the complex, is ideal as a storage room (approx. 30 m away).
