Two old stone houses for renovation, on a smaller plot in the heart of Pelješac. The plot is 280 m², and the houses are 54 m² and 32 m².

Some minor renovations have already started, and the property comes with a conceptual renovation project.

According to the project, the following is planned for the 54 m² house:
