The complex of old stone houses was purchased during a holiday in Croatia in 2004, and after renovation it was transformed into a completely renovated, bright and spacious old stone house of 240 m².
The property is located on the north side of the island, in a quiet village.

Traditionally called the konoba, with its high ceiling and old original wooden beams, it once served for storing wine barrels and is now converted into a main living room with a stone fireplace and large patio doors leading to a terrace with a fountain and to the swimming pool of approx. 60 m².
Connected, but separate from the living room, there is a comfortable desk and a sofa bed with access to the garden.
The other main entertaining room, located on the first floor and with air conditioning, consists of:

A high ceiling with wooden beams enhances this space, which has its own access to a large terrace with a large bench seat, ideal for morning tea or coffee.

Of these, 2 bedrooms on the first floor share the same bathroom.
The third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning is in the attic, while the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with patio doors leading to the garden and shares the bathroom with the office. The toilet is separate.
