/ House under construction

In a quiet part of Ližnjan, construction has begun on a detached two-storey house with a swimming pool. According to the project, the house is arranged over a ground floor and an upper floor, with outdoor terraces and an open pool.

• Ground floor: entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining area (44,60 m²), toilet, bedroom and bathroom with shower cabin; total living area of 68 m².
• Upper floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe; the living area of the upper floor without terraces is 54 m².
• Outdoor areas: terrace next to the house by the pool measuring 17 m²; one bedroom has a covered terrace of 17 m², while the other has a terrace of 6,5 m² and a balcony of 3,5 m².

The upper floor is reached by an internal staircase.

Included in the price: a valid building permit with project documentation and the Decision on the Start of Construction Works, paid communal and water contributions, paid water and electricity connections, and the following completed so far: foundations, concrete floor slab, masonry of the ground floor, reinforced concrete slab above the ground floor, and the reinforced concrete structure of the external open pool.

It is possible to agree with the seller and his contractors on continuing construction in phases or to completion (turnkey).
