House 60 m², Rabac - sea and Kvarner view

On the eastern coast of Istria, in a peaceful, green setting not far from Labin, there is a charming house for sale with an invaluable view of the sea and Kvarner Bay. It is set among well-kept stone houses, vineyards, and olive groves, which gives the entire area warmth and authenticity.

In front of the house stretches a dense pine forest that leads all the way to the sea, only 1.9 km away, while Labin is a 15-minute drive away. The first larger settlement with a shop, restaurants, and all the amenities needed for a pleasant and comfortable life is less than 2 km away.

The house was built in the traditional Istrian style and extends over three floors. The total area is just over 90 m², while the actual usable area is about 65 m² due to the massive stone walls that ensure exceptional solidity and a pleasant indoor climate. It also comes with a 170 m² yard, suitable for a garden, sunbathing area, or an intimate terrace with views of the greenery and the sea.

• Ground floor: hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room.
• First floor: one spacious room with access to a terrace and a captivating view; the floor can be converted into two or three smaller bedrooms.
• Attic: an additional room, ideal for guests, children, or a workspace.

• Electricity connection: the house is connected to the power grid.
• Water: needs to be connected to the municipal water supply.
