Special attention was paid to preserving the existing greenery, which was integrated into the design of the grounds and further contributes to the feeling of privacy and a hidden Mediterranean atmosphere.

The outdoor area is designed as a series of carefully shaped relaxation zones. The central feature is an infinity pool with a sunbathing area and an open sea view, while the terraces are adapted for year-round use thanks to sliding glass walls and an outdoor fireplace. The grounds are enhanced with natural stone details and Mediterranean plants, creating a harmonious relationship between nature and architecture.

The house architecture fully follows the terrain context and emphasizes the use of natural materials, with Benkovac stone and carefully selected details giving the property a distinctive and timeless character.

The interior is designed with an emphasis on warmth, comfort, and Mediterranean elegance, combining traditional elements with contemporary functionality. Carefully selected materials and custom-made elements create a refined yet pleasant atmosphere in which every detail has its role.
