Agricultural land, Žaborić, 100 m from the sea and view of Krapanj
Žaborić, extremely attractive agricultural land with a location approx. 100 m from the sea.
The land is not cultivated, it is reached by an asphalted road, then partly macadam and partly it is necessary to clear the terrain in order to access it directly by car (that part is passable on foot).
The land has a regular (rectangular) shape.
A beautiful view of Žaborić, as well as the island of Krapanj.
On a gentle slope, sunny throughout the day - the surrounding land does not obstruct the flow of the sun.
An excellent location for growing top varieties of vines (used to be cultivated), olives or some other agricultural crops, and the option of mounting solar panels is also open.
There are houses nearby, approx. 150 m.
A good investment considering the price, location and area.
