A plot of land measuring 52 656 m² is for sale in Jakovlje, located opposite the Lagermax Logistic center right next to the Zagorska magistrala (D1).

The land is rectangular in shape. According to urban planning regulations, this area is currently classified as a PŠ (predominantly forest agricultural) zone, but in agreement with the Municipality of Jakovlje it can be rezoned into an economic zone.

Its location is ideally positioned for a logistics center or similar activities due to its proximity to the exit onto the Zagreb-Macelj motorway. A conceptual design is required in order to obtain the correct land designation (K, G, I).
