Agricultural land, Šipanska Luka, view of vineyards

In the Dubrovnik archipelago, on the island of Šipan, an ecological agricultural plot is for sale in an elevated position with a view of the vineyards.

The agricultural land is suitable for growing olives or grapevines. The distance from the sea is about 1 000 meters, and access to the plot is possible via a gravel road. If the size of the land exceeds 30 000 m², a building of 400 m² can be constructed.

The Elaphiti Islands, the Deer Islands, are known for their extraordinary beauty and proximity to Dubrovnik. The island of Šipan is connected to Dubrovnik by ferry line. It is recommended for an OPG or tourism.
