Building land 68 800 m², Daruvarski Brestovac

The land is for sale and is mostly located in the R3 zone intended for tourism, hospitality and recreational use, while one part is designated for residential construction.

The entire plot was assembled with the intention of building a rehabilitation riding center as an addition to Daruvarske toplice, a physical therapy center. All agreements with the local community have been reached for this purpose, and the land use designation was changed to match the planned activity.

The owner has since abandoned the project for private reasons and is now selling the land.

A range of tourism and sports activities can be carried out on the land, so the future owner does not have to be tied to the previous project.
