Building land 405 m², Prigradica, sea view

A 405 m² building plot in the pristine bay of Prigradica on the island of Korčula is available as a rare investment opportunity. It is located on elevated ground with views of the sea, the island of Hvar, and the bay.

A conceptual project has already been prepared for a luxury villa envisioned as a two-storey oasis of modern architecture.

Ground floor: a spacious open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area, a fitness area, a spa, a toilet, and a laundry room.

Upper floor: two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views.

Additional feature: a 30 m² pool.

Access to the plot is provided from an asphalt road, with planned parking spaces for two vehicles. The location is only a few minutes' easy walk from the pebble beach and combines privacy, peace, and all necessary amenities within easy reach.

The additional possibility of building three cascading apartments makes this property especially attractive to investors or construction companies. There is also an option to arrange a partnership in exchange for one of the apartments.

There is also an option to exchange for an apartment in Zaprešić or Zagreb.

Prigradica is 7 km from historic Blato and 39 km from the town of Korčula. Once a fishing settlement, today it radiates an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere, with stone houses, crystal-clear sea, and pebble beaches.

It is known for its peace and quiet, and it offers restaurants serving local cuisine, traditional taverns, as well as facilities for lovers of active holidays such as cycling trails, hiking routes, and opportunities for water sports. Surrounded by greenery, olive groves, and vineyards, it is a true oasis for those seeking harmony with nature.
