Agricultural land 2 881 m², Naklice near Tugare

Agricultural land with an area of 2 881 m² is located in the Ostrog area in the village of Naklice near Tugare and is available for purchase.

The plot is regularly rectangular in shape, 90 m long and 35 m wide. A gravel road provides access close to the land, and access to the land itself is enabled via the neighboring parcel that borders the road.

The area is known for its fertile soil suitable for growing agricultural crops and is rich in cultivated surfaces where various vegetables grow, as well as plantations of olives, cherries, figs, and almonds.

Split is only a 30-minute drive away, and the center of Omiš is only 7 km away, or a 10-minute drive.
