Building land 1 286 m², Sutivan, 150 m from the sea
Just 150 m from the sea, in the mixed M1 zone of the settlement, there is a building plot with a total area of 1 286 m² in Sutivan, in the settlement of Bistrica on the island of Brač.

Numerous landscaped paths that lead through ancient olive groves and vineyards offer opportunities for recreation, both for pedestrians and cyclists.
Every July, Sutivan hosts the world-famous extreme sports festival “Vanka regule”.

Supetar and the ferry port are only 8 km away, and Split is just a 45-minute ferry ride from Supetar.
