Building land of regular shape with an area of 1 000 m² is located in the village of Konjsko, municipality of Klis, in a new zone designated for construction. Thanks to good transport connections, Split is just a little less than 15 minutes away by car.

It is possible to build a house with a swimming pool on the land. The building coefficient is 0.3 for detached buildings, and the number of floors is PO+SU+PR+2.

The main gas pipeline runs 100 m from the land, as does the full-profile water supply line and pressure line for the external hydrant network. For larger projects, there is a 10 kV power line in the immediate vicinity, which allows for the installation of a pole-mounted transformer station.

The location itself is ideal for living in an intimate and secluded environment, 15 minutes from Split via a fast road that avoids the well-known Split traffic jam, 5 minutes from the Dugopolje motorway entrance, near the Tomy shop, which is gradually expanding into a larger retail center, and a bus stop at a hub of numerous bus lines, as well as right in the center of a 20 km radius of existing and planned business zones in the surrounding area.

The land and location are ideal for someone who wants to escape urban life but still remain close to everything, as well as for new modern tourism that places emphasis on additional amenities.

There is also the possibility of purchasing a larger plot, depending on construction wishes.

Given that Split and its surroundings are already quite built up, as is neighboring Dugopolje, and that a tunnel through Kočinje brdo (5 years), a tunnel through Kozjak toward the Kaštela Riviera and the airport are planned, this area is the future stronghold of development and a place where only a few lucky people will live.

Klis, as the hill around which the settlement of Klis developed, is best known for its fortress, which is one of the symbols of Croatian resistance during the Ottoman advance. Seen from Split, the top of Klis appears as a cliff, with Kozjak stretching to its west and Mosor to its east. It also represented the pass that connected Split with the hinterland, that is, Zagora. It still has that role today, as the old and new roads from Split to the north pass through it, as does the connection to the new motorway. Klis is located about 5 km from Split.
