Building land of 1,600 m² in the K, I2 zone is available for purchase.

The basic purpose of this zone is production and craft activities (I2) that do not pollute the environment above the values established by regulations, such as the production and assembly of machines and equipment, furniture, items made of rubber, plastic and textiles, small shipbuilding, and similar activities, as well as services and warehouses. It also includes business premises (K), which comprise commercial premises, city department stores and shopping centers, as well as business offices, service facilities and similar uses.

Hospitality buildings and entertainment buildings, public garages, sports areas, and buildings for public and social purposes can also be built on these areas.

A final building permit has been obtained, and communal contributions have been paid for the 5,300 m3 facility.
