Land, Otok Krk - Vrbnik, tourist resort project

Land for sale on the island of Krk with a conceptual project for the construction of a tourist resort. The land is located in the immediate vicinity of Melska Bay, 3 km from Vrbnik and 20 km from Rijeka Airport, opposite Crikvenica.

The land consists of two plots: the first plot is intended for hospitality and tourism use, while the second is intended for sports and recreation. Together, they form a project for the construction of a tourist resort in an excellent location on the island of Krk.

According to the project, the resort would consist of a hotel, bungalows, and supporting facilities. The terrain configuration, from the natural pebble beach to the top with an elevation difference of 70 m, allows for the construction of around 60 bungalows, each with open sea views, as well as a hotel with around 70 rooms.

Adjacent to the land itself is a natural pebble beach of approximately 3,000 m². To the south toward Vrbnik there are two more bays with beaches totaling 3,000 m², only 500 m from the future resort, ideal for organizing entertainment facilities for day and night life, while 700 m to the north there is a sandy beach and a small marina.
