Pomer: 1,526 m² building plot with sea views

Building plot of 1,526 m² in Pomer, in the municipality of Medulin, on an elevated, quiet site at the end of a street. The land slopes towards the sea and offers sea views over the lower-lying houses in front.

The seller describes potential for several residential buildings. Access is good; the plot was cleared approximately two years before the description was written and now has low vegetation.

A well, mains water connection and septic tank are on the plot. A small concreted terrace accommodates the current owners' caravan. There is also a masonry storage shed built without permission; its unauthorised status is expressly noted in the source.

The area offers beaches, restaurants, coastal walks and recreational activities. The plot is offered for a residential or holiday project, subject to the applicable permissions.
