Agricultural land 7,290 m², Žbandaj, urbanization in progress
In the area around Poreč, two agricultural plots are for sale, located next to each other, with total areas of 7,290 m² and 4,240 m². They are in a pleasant location in a small settlement, about 7,000 m from the sea, 2,000 m from Žbandaj, and about ten kilometers from the center of Poreč, and an application for urbanization has been submitted for them.

The buyer pays an agency commission in the stated amount from the advertisement, or from the achieved purchase price, in accordance with the Agency's General Terms of Business.
The commission amount includes the cost of preparing the earnest money agreement, preliminary contract and contract, legal advice, registration, meter transfer, and legal services, and the preparation of the listed legal documents is paid exclusively by the Agency from the commission amount.
If you have your own lawyer, the agency commission is reduced.
