At the very edge of urban development in Betina, an agricultural plot of 1,669 m² is for sale, located 170 m as the crow flies from the sea. The terrain is regular in shape, in a quiet location, and offers panoramic views of the sea and Kornati.

Betina is a settlement on the northeastern coast of Murter, an island connected to the mainland by a bridge near Tisno. It is 35 km west of Šibenik.

For example, Kornati National Park opposite the municipality of Tisno is a group of 89 islands, islets, and rocks that impresses with its remarkable geography. Also nearby is the largest natural lake and Vransko Lake Nature Park.
