Building plot 980 m², Juršići - elevated location

A building plot of 980 m² is for sale in Juršići, a place in the southwest of Istria in the municipality of Svetvinčenat, Istarska županija. The plot is located in a small village, in a secluded and private location, surrounded by private building plots and newly built modern villas.

It is only 200 m as the crow flies from the main road, and access is provided from the main asphalt road, 10.5 m wide. The first beaches are 13 km away, or about a 15-minute drive by car.

The plot is regular in shape, measuring 20 m x 50 m, with a slight slope. It is enclosed on two sides, the lower and rear sides, by a concrete wall, while the upper side has a small traditional stone wall and a natural hedge of cypress trees.

Due to its elevated position, it offers open views to the east and south, while the view to the west is also open, but somewhat less so than on the other sides. Water and electricity are located right next to the plot.

Juršići has an elementary school, and the Čakavski sabor chair also operated in the place. In a nearby abandoned building, schooling in the mother tongue began in 1876, when priest Josip Velikanje organized classes in Croatian in his parish residence.

Juršići is also home to the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, built in 1874. It is well preserved, and every year on 4 October the feast of St. Francis is celebrated there.
