Agricultural land, Labin - sea view and dry stone wall

Near Labin, in the area of the small fishing town of Trget, there is an interesting agricultural plot of 3,557 m². The regularly shaped plot is overgrown with forest and offers a sea view.

A gravel road owned by the Republic of Croatia leads to the plot, and the plot is enclosed by a dry stone wall.

Labin has a population of just over 11,000 and includes 17 smaller settlements. Although it is located in Istria, it has no direct access to the sea and is 4 kilometers from the coast. The Old Town is situated on a hill, while the other part of the town is known by the symbolic name Podlabin. Labin tourism is closely connected with the tourist-oriented Rabac, once known for fishing and today an important tourist destination known for its beautiful nature, pebble beaches, and crystal-clear sea, which is called the pearl of the entire Kvarner.
