Building plot, Rabac - sea view and building permit

In a small seaside settlement, not far from Rabac and Labin, a plot with a building permit and sea views is for sale. The property is located on the southeastern coast of Istria, in an area where green hills meet the sea, while Labin and Rabac, just five kilometers away, complement each other with their distinct character.

Rabac is known for its white pebble beaches, lush Mediterranean vegetation, and crystal-clear sea, which is why it is known as the pearl of Kvarner. Once a small fishing village, today it is an attractive tourist destination with an abundance of cultural events hidden within its network of picturesque streets, while the green surroundings of Rabac and its scenic hinterland invite adventure, exploration, and recreation throughout the year.

A standout feature of this property is its attractive position and open outlook. The plot offers Kvarner at a glance - Rijeka to the left, Cres straight ahead, and the islands of Zeča and Unije to the right, along with the indented coastline of eastern Istria.

The plot is of a relatively regular shape, the terrain slopes gently, access is via an asphalt road, and water, electricity, and telephone connections are located near the plot.

A building permit is currently in the process of being obtained for the construction of a residential property with a swimming pool. The project envisages the construction of an attractive villa with a total area of 190.70 m², arranged over two floors.

Thanks to its microlocation, configuration, clear ownership, and orderly documentation, this plot with enchanting sea views offers an exceptional opportunity to build a family home or a holiday house.
