Land 4,343 m², Tar - hospitality-tourism purpose

Near the settlement of Tar, a plot of land designated for hospitality and tourism use - entertainment center - is for sale, with an area of 4,343 m². The property is located in the area of the Municipality of Tar-Vabriga, situated between the tourist centers of Poreč and Novigrad.

The Municipality of Tar-Vabriga offers its own authentic character, shaped by olive growing and fishing, the hospitality of local people, and a tradition passed down from generation to generation. This municipality consists of six settlements and was formed by separating from the town of Poreč. Its story begins with the merging of two places into one, with strong contrasts forming a unique whole.

In this area, the largest river of the Istrian peninsula, Mirna, flows into the sea and creates beautiful natural scenes, while roads lead inland toward fresh forests and olive groves. The olive plantations that frame Tar and Vabriga and stretch from the hinterland all the way to the sea, precisely because of their exceptional position, produce the best olive oil in Europe.

The first part of the plot is a green belt from which access is made to the hospitality and tourism zone.

Within the economic hospitality and tourism area - entertainment center, the construction of sports facilities is permitted, as well as the arrangement of open sports and recreational areas and playgrounds, as a complement to the tourist and hospitality offer of the Lanterna tourist area with sports and recreational content that requires larger areas or, due to other limitations and impacts, cannot be located in the immediate vicinity of accommodation tourism capacities.

The construction of hospitality buildings for entertainment and leisure is also permitted, as well as other buildings, installations, devices, and equipment for sport, recreation, events, entertainment, and leisure, including karting, equestrian tracks and courses, shooting ranges, a luna park, an aqualand, and similar facilities.
