Drežnik, Investment in tourism, land for a tourist resort
An exceptionally attractive residential building plot of 10,000 m² is for sale in Rakovica, near the settlement of Korana, in the immediate vicinity of Plitvička jezera National Park.
The plot is located right next to the state road D42, along which all infrastructure runs: telecommunications, water supply and drainage lines, as well as power grid lines.
The plot is in the most sought-after accommodation zone near Plitvice, with excellent transport connections and a peaceful natural setting. The area is known for family hotels, holiday homes and apartment accommodation, and demand for quality properties continues to grow.
A high-quality urban planning and architectural study has been prepared for the plot. The terrain has a gentle slope of 16 degrees in the west-east direction.
Plitvice and Rakovica are a destination with year-round tourism. During spring and summer, there are many domestic and foreign guests; autumn brings a quieter but still highly sought-after period, while winter is becoming increasingly popular thanks to the natural setting and weekend tourism.
The plot is intended for residential construction, such as luxury holiday homes.
The settlement is well connected by the state road D1, and the distance of only 4 km from the entrance to Plitvička jezera National Park makes this location very attractive to park visitors.
This is a rare investment opportunity in one of the strongest tourist locations in Croatia, with long-term value and secure return potential.
