A plot of land with an area of 30,523 m² is for sale in an exceptional location near Prižba, on the southern side of the island of Korčula. It is only 400 m away from the sea in a straight line and has a southwest-facing slope.

The plot consists of several plots, and 90 olive trees have been planted on it. An OPG is registered on the land, and, pursuant to the Physical Planning Act, the stated area is sufficient for the construction of a building with a gross above-ground floor area of up to 400 m² GBP and a maximum height of up to 5 m.
