• Private offices (2-6+ workstations) - up to 200 workstations in total are available in offices ranging from 10 - 64 m²
• Virtual offices with a business address, mail receipt and forwarding, and a discount on meeting room use
• Business Club Membership - access to the shared space and networking events and workshops, discounts on meeting rooms, coffee and tea

• It is possible to rent a space/office for a minimum of 2 workstations (10 m²), which comes to 560 eur.
• For larger teams (4+ workstations), price negotiation is possible.

Additional terms

• Deposit in the amount of 2 monthly rents
• One-time activation fee: 40,00 EUR+ VAT per workstation for a private office/ virtual office/ membership
• Meeting room reservation option: 40,00 EUR+ VAT per hour
• Reserved parking space option: 60,00 EUR+ VAT per month
