The architecture of the house reflects the trend of integrating with the natural surroundings, without disturbing the natural beauty of the location, but rather complementing it. The structure itself is positioned to make maximum use of the natural terrain relief in order to achieve harmony with the surroundings and highlight the design awareness of the importance of blending the property with nature.
Traditional wood has been used in most parts of the villa, along with design-enhanced panoramic windows across the entire eastern side.
- Basement: Wellness area and a glazed space with a swimming pool, fully equipped for year-round use (recuperator, dehumidifier, heat exchanger, heat pump).
- Ground floor: Over 110 m² of an exceptionally bright and open space connecting the living room with the kitchen and dining area, a hallway, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a large terrace oriented toward the nature surrounding the property.
- First floor: Two spacious bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
