- Heating: new 36 kW central pellet heating system (Peltec Centrometal) with a 500 l buffer tank (3 kW heater) and a 300 l domestic hot water tank, paired with solar evacuated tube collectors; the heating system is controlled via an app.
- Domestic hot water: obtained from rainwater, filtered through UV lamps and filters.
- Rainwater tank: capacity 25 m3, allowing water collection from both sides of the roof.
- PV power plant: output 11 kW, with three Victron Multiplus II 5000 W inverters in a three-phase setup.
- Battery storage: 12 gel batteries of 300 Ah, located in a specially ventilated room in the basement.
- PV panels: equipped with remotely controlled heaters for snow melting.
- Generator: 22.5 kW Hatz 2L41C diesel generator, paired with a Končarev 3F generator of 18.75 kVA and a 1,800 l fuel tank; it is automated and, in the event of insufficient sun, switches on automatically to recharge the batteries, with a notification sent to the owner via a web app.
- Security: continuous video surveillance and alarm system.
- Connectivity: private WiFi enables all apps to function despite the absence of GSM signal.
