The urban development plan for the settlement of Koločep and amendments to the spatial plan for the city of Dubrovnik are currently being prepared.
The building part of the plot is located in the mixed-use zone M1, where residential construction prevails as the primary use, along with facilities that accompany housing as a secondary use: public and social facilities, business premises, hospitality and tourism facilities with a capacity of up to 80 beds, playgrounds, traffic and park areas, as well as utility buildings and installations.
The part of the cadastral plot located within the settlement building area is designated as a developed part of the settlement, which in such areas makes it possible to obtain permits for the construction of new buildings if all conditions prescribed by law are met.
A heliport is planned within the area of the subject cadastral plot.
