On the same building plot, auxiliary buildings may also be constructed, as well as an open swimming pool, tennis court and similar facilities, such as traffic and parking areas, retaining walls, terraces and similar, in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Spatial Plan.

According to the construction typology, detached and semi-detached buildings may be built. Semi-detached buildings must be architecturally integrated with each other, with a fire-resistant adjoining wall.

The maximum number of storeys and height of a residential, residential-commercial, smaller commercial and commercial building is as follows:

• P+1+Pk, or P+2 with the possibility of constructing a basement level (S) or underground cellar (Po), and the building height is a maximum of 9 m.

The distance from the building line to the street regulation line is at least 5 m.

The distance of the horizontal footprint of the building from the neighbouring boundary of the building plot must be at least 3 m if there are openings on the side facade. At a shorter distance, but not less than 1 m, a fire wall without any openings must be built, and a snow guard must be installed on the roof surface facing the neighbour.

The built-up ratio of the building plot is up to 40%.
