Land, Rakalj, Marčana - special-purpose forest

In the picturesque settlement of Rakalj, in the municipality of Marčana in southeastern Istria, a spacious plot is for sale. Marčana is located about 12 km northeast of Pula, the largest city in Istria, and is known as a destination for the sea, relaxation, wine and olive oil.

It is a culturally rich municipality with crystal-clear sea and an almost unreal landscape of lush bays and green peninsulas. Its 36 km of coastline is the least urbanized coastal zone in Istria, and Marčana and its fertile green fields, with gentle hills descending to hidden rocky coves and modest villages and small towns, represent an undiscovered treasure of the eastern coast of Istria.

The cadastral plot is slightly irregular and rectangular in shape. It is neither fenced nor marked, and its location is determined approximately on the ground.

The terrain is flat and covered with low and medium unmanaged vegetation characteristic of the climate in which it is located.

According to the spatial planning documentation, the land use of the cadastral land categories forest and pasture is special-purpose forest (Š3).
