Building plot, Barban - 1,188 m², flat and regular in shape

At the very edge of the settlement, just a few minutes from Barban, a spacious building plot of 1,188 m² is for sale. The plot is flat, regularly shaped, and offers open views of nature.

Barban is a small, picturesque medieval acropolis-type settlement in Istria, in the southeast of the Istrian peninsula, located above the valley of the Raša River. It is 20 km from Pula and 12 km from Labin, and is well connected by the main road Pula - Rijeka and the regional roads Barban - Žminj and Barban - Vodnjan.

It is known for the knightly game Trka na prstenac, traditionally held in August, the fig and fig cake festival, and other smaller events that have developed over the past ten years, since rural tourism has been developing rapidly.

The plot is suitable for building an urban villa or a family house, and electricity and water are nearby. There is the possibility of purchasing a larger area or several plots.

A very interesting property with potential!
