Building land 11,116 m², Labin - for investment

Near Labin, an attractive building plot for investment is for sale, with an area of 11,116 m² and a regular shape.

The plot is level; one part is wooded, while the other part has been cleared. It is bordered by agricultural land on two sides, and electricity and water are located right next to the plot.

Due to its impressive size, it is ideal for subdivision and the construction of a small tourist resort with holiday villas.

On the hill above the tourist town of Rabac lies the medieval town of Labin, whose old name, Albona, was first mentioned in 285 AD. Today it is a cultural and administrative center where the richness of architecture and cultural and historical monuments blends charmingly with numerous art studios and the breath of youth that gathers there, especially in the evening, in many cafés.
