Stone villa 220 m², Ždrelac on Pašman, 50 m from the sea

A stone house with a pool, measuring 220 m², is located in Ždrelac on Pašman, amid the greenery of Polača Bay, just 50 m from the sea. The villa extends over the ground floor and first floor and is suitable for year-round living or rental.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious living room with a dining area, which opens onto a landscaped 30 m² terrace with sea views. The terrace leads to the sun deck and pool, beside which there are a storage room and a tavern.

During the warmer months, the tavern serves as a summer kitchen, and in winter as a gathering place by the fireplace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a large living room with a gym and an adjoining terrace, which overlooks the sea and neighboring Sukošan along its entire length.
