The installation for central heating has been carried out, with piping laid to all radiator positions, as well as a pre-installation (vertical riser) for a solar system with an outlet on the roof.

The pool deck is clad in stone, and the yard is enclosed by an Istrian dry-stone wall approximately 70 cm thick and approximately 1.70 cm high, and equipped with automatic irrigation.
